To order a yearbook for the 2019-2020 school year, please fill out the form below and submit, then either pay via PayPal using the PayPal button at the bottom of this page, OR call Mrs. Becky in the main office to make your payment. Note that your copy will not be ordered until you have both submitted the form below and submitted your payment.

Please submit one form per student if ordering more than one yearbook (i.e. one submission form for John in 1st grade, and another submission form for Sally in 3rd grade).

After submitting the above form, either pay via this PayPal button ($35/yearbook) or 

call Mrs. Becky in the front office to make your payment over the phone, or make plans

with her to send your check in the mail.
